Terms and Conditions Jewel4D – Complete Platform Usage Guide

By visiting the jewel4d website, creating an account, making a deposit, or using any of the services we provide, you automatically agree to the terms and conditions in effect at that time. If you disagree with any of the terms, you must discontinue use of this platform.

If there is any indication that a user does not meet the minimum age requirement, we reserve the right to freeze the account and hold all funds within it until age verification is completed. If the user is confirmed to be underage, the account will be permanently closed and any remaining funds will be returned after applicable administrative fees are deducted.

Jewel4d supports a wide range of deposit methods commonly used in Indonesia, including QRIS, DANA, OVO, GoPay, ShopeePay, and local bank transfers. All deposit transactions are processed over an encrypted connection to ensure the security of your financial data.

Terms applicable to all deposit transactions:

• Deposits may only be made from a bank account or digital wallet registered in your own name
• Using a third-party account for deposits without written consent from jewel4d is not permitted
• Jewel4d is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment service providers
• All deposits are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR)
• Jewel4d reserves the right to reject deposits suspected of originating from unauthorized activity or fraud

Jewel4d is committed to processing withdrawal requests quickly and transparently. Most withdrawal requests are processed within 15 minutes to 3 business hours, depending on the payment method used and your account's verification status.

Requirements that must be met before making a withdrawal:

• KYC verification has been completed and approved
• No active bonus is currently pending rollover completion
• The withdrawal destination account must be registered under the same name as the jewel4d account
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply according to the terms for each respective method

• Financial losses resulting from the user's own betting decisions
• Internet service disruptions on the user's end that cause a gaming session to disconnect
• Losses arising from the user's negligence in maintaining account security
• Decisions made based on inaccurate information from third parties

Jewel4d's liability for any claim arising from the use of this platform is limited to an amount equivalent to the total net deposits made within the 30 days preceding the submission of such claim.
